Zenith Associates works from two studios in Sri Lanka: the main branch at 09, Manthri Road, Colombo 05, and a second studio at 01, Nagolla Road, Matale. The practice takes on projects across the island, from the Western Province to the hill country and the coast.

Yes. The practice prepares and submits the statutory drawing set to the relevant local authority or the Urban Development Authority, and answers queries through the approval process. Because the same team does the design and the submission, the approved drawings and the construction set stay in step.
Architectural fees are usually set as a percentage of construction cost, and the percentage moves with the scale and complexity of the project — a single house sits at a different rate from a hotel. We quote against a defined scope after the first conversation, so the fee is tied to the drawings and stages actually being delivered.
